Procurement Assistant – Posting
Location: DMV & Eastern Shore Regions
Pay: $19–$25 per hour | Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary

Anchor Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support bidding, procurement, and administrative functions within our Marketing & Business Development team. This role assists with bid documentation, submissions, subcontractor outreach, compliance tracking, and general office support.


Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate bid documents, submissions, and proposal materials
• Support SOQs, RFPs, RFIs, and subcontractor outreach (MBE/WBE)
• Track compliance documents, insurance, bonding, and certifications
• Maintain electronic project files and procurement records
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications
• 3–4 years of administrative or procurement support experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
