Role Description The Procurement Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lewisville, TX. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing purchasing for equipment, components, and services needed for beverage system production. The manager will maintain vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and ensure materials are delivered on time, at the right quality and cost. Daily responsibilities include analyzing inventory requirements, issuing purchase orders, tracking orders, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance to support project timelines and budgets. The role also involves implementing procurement best practices, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong procurement and purchasing skills, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory control, demand planning, and cost analysis to support efficient materials management.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, use of ERP or procurement software, and basic financial acumen for budgeting and reporting.

- Candidates should possess skills in process improvement, problem-solving, and organization to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or food and beverage equipment procurement is beneficial.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance, quality standards, and basic contract law is an advantage.
