A growing supplier within the fragrance, essential oils, and aroma chemicals space is looking to bring on a senior-level procurement specialist to take ownership of sourcing strategy and supplier relationships. The business operates in a fast-moving global market where access to reliable raw materials, particularly fragrance chemicals and essential oils, directly impacts growth, margins, and product quality. Procurement has become a key operational bottleneck, and the company is now prioritizing someone who can step in with immediate credibility in the space and stabilize the entire sourcing function.

This is not a back-office purchasing role. It is a full-time, hands-on relationship-driven position focused on cultivating and managing supplier networks at a high level. The ideal candidate already has a meaningful footprint in the fragrance or chemical sourcing industry, ideally with an established "rolodex" of suppliers, manufacturers, or trading partners they can immediately engage. The expectation is that this person understands how this market works at a practical level and can bring forward a clear, proven game plan for improving procurement outcomes from day one.
