Job description

Title: Procurement Assistant
Location: DMV & Eastern Shore Regions
Pay: $19โ€“$25 per hour | Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

Anchor Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support bidding, procurement, and administrative functions within our Marketing & Business Development team. This role assists with bid documentation, submissions, subcontractor outreach, compliance tracking, and general office support.


Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Coordinate bid documents, submissions, and proposal materials
โ€ข Support SOQs, RFPs, RFIs, and subcontractor outreach (MBE/WBE)
โ€ข Track compliance documents, insurance, bonding, and certifications
โ€ข Maintain electronic project files and procurement records
โ€ข Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications
โ€ข 3โ€“4 years of administrative or procurement support experience
โ€ข Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
