Job description

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement and sourcing projects with a primary focus on Technology and COE categories.
  • Pay Rate Range - $90-95/HR ON W2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through contract execution.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and business leaders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive cost savings, supplier optimization, and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze data to deliver insights and support informed business decisions.
  • Manage supplier risk, compliance, and governance initiatives.
  • Champion innovation by leveraging technology and AI to improve procurement processes.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, category management, and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
