Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Procurement Associate to join its Corporate Procurement Services team. This role supports end-to-end procurement operations by managing supplier engagements, contracts, purchase orders, and procurement transactions. The Procurement Associate will work closely with sourcing leaders, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure procurement requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier engagements, contract administration, and purchase transactions.

• Process procurement requests through Procurement 360, Oracle, and Fieldglass systems.

• Ensure contracts and purchase orders are executed accurately and prior to required start or expiration dates.

• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier data across procurement platforms.

• Coordinate with business requestors to correct, withdraw, or update inaccurate procurement requests.

• Partner with sourcing leads, procurement team members, and subject matter experts to facilitate procurement engagements.

• Monitor contract renewals, expirations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create and maintain operational dashboards, business analysis reports, and procurement tracking tools.

• Analyze procurement activity, supplier performance, spend trends, and transaction volumes.

• Publish procurement financial reports, supplier metrics, and spend dashboards for leadership review.
