  • Support purchasing and procurement activities including RFQs, purchase order entry, supplier acknowledgments, order confirmations, lead-time updates, PO changes, and follow-up on late or critical materials.
  • Monitor material needs, shortages, open purchase orders, supplier updates, inventory status, and production priorities to help prevent SMT, assembly, and shipping delays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in purchasing support, procurement, stockroom, shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, aerospace/defense, or high-mix manufacturing preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ERP/MRP experience preferred; CETEC experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to identify electronic components, read labels/packing slips, and follow documentation, traceability, ESD, FOD, and quality-system requirements.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Physical / Compliance Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, move throughout the warehouse and production floor, and occasionally lift and/or move items up to 35 pounds. Must follow safety, ESD, FOD, security, attendance, documentation, and company policy requirements. Must pass background check, E-Verify, and meet ITAR requirements.
