Position Summary Information
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to drive a box truck. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation, on a regular basis.
License/Certification Required
Must have a valid NC drivers license.
Essential Job Functions
  • Inventory management process and procedures
  • Data entry and database management
  • Accuracy and accountability with record-keeping
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Monitoring of HACCP and implementation of FIFO best practices
  • State purchasing and approval guidelines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Time management and ability to accomplish assigned tasks independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help assigned units with any additional tasks.
  • ServSafe and Forklift Training required (training and fees provided)
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift training (fees provided) and basic computer skills.
Work Schedule/Hours
Campus Dining is a Sunday - Saturday, 6:00 am - 11:00 pm operation. Employees are scheduled two days off each week based on business need. Days off may not be consecutive days off.
Actual schedule times may vary.
Employees may be required to work some flex hours to support the needs of the business and/or for special campus events. Schedules will be adjusted as needed to provide coverage in these cases.
