The Role
The Corporate IT Team Lead is responsible for leading the delivery, support, administration, and lifecycle management of all corporate end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, peripherals, and associated technologies. This role ensures exceptional end-user support, drives device management strategies, and partners with business and IT stakeholders to maintain secure, reliable, and efficient workplace technology services.
The team lead oversees endpoint deployment, asset management, operating system standards, software distribution, security compliance, and continuous service improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
What You'll Do

• Assist in achieving team goals, performance expectations, and service standards.
• Manage ticket assignments, escalation processes, and resource allocation.
• Foster a customer-focused culture that emphasizes service excellence and accountability.

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and retirement of corporate endpoint devices.
• Manage device imaging, provisioning, enrollment, and refresh programs.
• Ensure device standards, configurations, and policies are consistently maintained.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and other approved endpoint platforms.
• Coordinate endpoint technology upgrades and large-scale deployment projects.

• Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Autopilot, and related Mac device management platforms.
• Manage endpoint compliance policies, device health monitoring, and configuration baselines.
• Oversee software packaging, application deployment, patch management, and operating system updates.
• Maintain endpoint security controls and compliance requirements.

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Monitor Service Desk and endpoint support metrics, including SLA performance.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
• Develop and maintain support processes, knowledge articles, and documentation.

• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, procurement coordination, and disposal processes.
• Develop and maintain device lifecycle management strategies.
• Ensure accurate asset records and compliance with organizational standards.
• Forecast equipment needs and support budgeting activities.

• Partner with cybersecurity teams to enforce endpoint security policies.
• Ensure devices comply with regulatory, organizational, and industry requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection platforms, encryption, and multi-factor authentication initiatives.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

• Work closely with business leaders, IT infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and application owners.
• Communicate service performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to management.
• Support workplace technology transformation and modernization programs.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Endpoint Security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certified certifications.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell.

Salary: The salary range for this role is from $80,000 - $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary based on many factors including but not limited to candidate experience, and skills.
