The role is part of the Procurement team and works closely with Facility Management, Retail Operations, Finance and Legal functions, supporting sourcing and governance activities related to facilities and retail network services.

Your role

Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will support procurement and governance activities related to Facility Management categories, with a specific focus on energy, maintenance services and retail operational services, ensuring continuity, compliance and operational effectiveness during a temporary replacement period.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coordinate or support key activities related to Facility Management services ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, initiatives or governance activities across multiple markets.

  • Monitor performance, KPIs or compliance areas, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.

  • Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to business reviews, audits or decision-making forums.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

  • Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Experienced as a professional working in Procurement, preferably within Facility Management or servicebased categories with exposure to complex or international environments.

  • Demonstrative experience of managing or supporting energy, maintenance or retail services procurement end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to costs, contracts and compliance.

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement tools, processes or governance frameworks is a plus relevant to the role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy -Milan:50.324 - 59.149 gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level1.
