Job description:
Looking for a Procurement Assistant 3 who will be responsible for soliciting quotes, entering purchase requisitions, expediting orders, and general support for on time delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Email RFQs to suppliers, generate purchase requisitions in SAP
• Follow up with Buyers with preferred pricing quotes
• Proficient with SAP MRP System and MS Office
• Manage suppliers for on time delivery
Basic Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience with SAP MRP System
• 1 year of experience with purchasing
• US Citizenship
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Computer literate
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years' experience generating purchase requisitions in SAP
• 2 years' experience soliciting RFQs and managing suppliers for OTD
