We're looking for a full-time Practice Manager to join our team in Winter Park, FL opening Fall 2026!
ABOUT THE JOB
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative and clinical efficiency of a Skin Pharm clinic. With a focus on growing the business, building brand awareness, optimizing systems and ensuring an exceptional patient experience, the Practice Manager leads with integrity and mentors the team. This role requires a blend of clinical insight, business acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, maximizing provider efficiency, enhancing patient interactions and driving strategies to improve team performance, patient satisfaction and clinic productivity.
ABOUT YOU
You have proven leadership experience, excellent organizational and multitasking skills and a proactive approach to professional development. As a collaborative leader, you're adept at time management, communicate effectively and can build positive relationships with both patients and the clinic team.
Collaborative and results-driven leadership, inventory management experience and business operations in a clinical setting are preferred. Training will be provided to expand your existing skill set and knowledge base. Familiarity with the Skin Pharm brand and mission is a plus!
QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices
