We are an established private dental practice in Charlotte seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead front-office operations and support a high-performing clinical team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-office operations, including patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling
  • Manage incoming calls, patient communications, and administrative workflow
  • Present treatment plans and review financial estimates with patients
  • Support efficient provider scheduling and patient flow

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a general dentistry office
