What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Dental Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing each location's daily workflow to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care. - Managing and supporting staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Coordinating with providers to maintain a seamless patient experience. - Monitoring office budgets, supplies, and equipment to keep everything running smoothly. - Ensuring compliance with dental regulations and maintaining high standards of care. - Providing leadership during select Saturday and weekday evening coverage days.-Success in this position is driven by the numbers: measuring, tracking, and achieving the goals and outcomes of the practice is the winning formula.
