Lead and Support Smiles Across Communities as a Regional Office Manager - Dental

As the Regional Office Manager - Dental, you'll provide leadership and coordination across multiple dental offices to ensure smooth operations, consistent procedures, and exceptional patient care. You'll support office supervisors and staff, streamline administrative processes, and help ensure every patient's experience reflects our mission to inspire hope and promote wellness.

  • Lead and develop Office Supervisors and Client Registration Specialists (CRS) within assigned dental service areas
  • Ensure consistent implementation of office procedures, training, and support staff development
  • Review and analyze office data reports, documentation, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Regional Support Services on office operations, staffing, and client service issues
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Dental Operations to manage day-to-day dental operations, scheduling, and service delivery
  • Oversee and ensure fiscal accountability, including patient collections, deposits, and reconciliation processes
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance policies
  • Support quality assurance efforts, documentation standards, and timely reporting of any patient-related concerns
  • Communicate changes in policies, procedures, and systems clearly to assigned staff
  • Promote a professional, supportive, and service-oriented office culture aligned with our customer service philosophy
High School/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
QUALIFICATIONS: WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Previous supervisory experience in a professional office setting preferred
  At least 3 years of customer service experience required
  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
