Weekend Operations Specialist

Schedule: Friday – Monday
Staffing Experience Required | Entry-Level Operations Role

We're looking for a Weekend Operations Specialist to support our staffing and scheduling operations Friday through Monday. This person will help make sure employees know where they need to be, shifts are covered, and last-minute staffing issues are handled quickly.

This is a great opportunity for someone with staffing industry experience who wants to grow into an operations-focused role.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and update employee schedules
  • Confirm employees for upcoming shifts and assignments
  • Help fill open shifts and last-minute call-offs
  • Communicate with employees regarding schedules, locations, and shift details
  • Monitor call-offs, late arrivals, and no-shows
  • Find replacement employees when coverage is needed
  • Respond to employee scheduling questions
  • Assist with urgent weekend staffing requests
  • Keep scheduling systems, employee notes, and assignments updated
  • Communicate important issues to the Operations team
  • Help ensure every client order is properly supported throughout the weekend
What We're Looking For
  • Previous staffing agency experience REQUIRED
  • Scheduling or staffing coordination experience preferred
  • Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with a high volume of employees
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong follow-up and attention to detail
  • Able to solve problems and work independently
  • Comfortable with last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available Friday through Monday
About the Role
