Role Description:


The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing daily parking operations across assigned facilities. This role manages frontline staff, schedules, and workflows to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous service for all customers and clients. The Operations Manager monitors facility performance, reviews financial and operational reports, and ensures adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
