Job description

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to join our team as the Operations Manager for Adult Ministries. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the ministry environments where women, men, young adults, and groups encounter Jesus. This role serves as a key operational support for Adult Ministries across both the Brentwood and Franklin campuses, ensuring that discipleship environments, gatherings and events, volunteer systems, and communication workflows are executed with excellence, clarity, and consistency. The Adult Ministry Operations Manager will help manage ministry systems and processes, including TouchPoint (our church database); eSpace scheduling, volunteer and leader coordination, and communication requests, in partnership with the Communications Team to support staff teams and volunteers and ensure operational readiness on a week-to-week basis. We are looking for someone who thrives on details, enjoys managing systems, and is passionate about supporting the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the ministry running smoothly.
