Regional Operations Manager
PTG Logistics
Position Title: Regional Operations Manager
Location: Remote (50% Travel Required)
Compensation: $80,000 annually + 10% performance-based bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Position Summary
PTG Logistics is seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multi-site delivery operations across a portfolio of retail partners, including Costco and Best Buy locations.
This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring consistency across sites, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple locations while holding teams accountable to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Operations Management
  • Oversee operations across 5 locations (Costco and Best Buy sites)
  • Ensure consistency in execution, service quality, and performance across all markets
  • Conduct regular site visits, ride-behinds, and operational reviews

Performance & Metrics
  • Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational reports to drive results
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Ensure locations are meeting service, delivery, and operational targets

Leadership & Accountability
  • Partner with location leadership to ensure ownership of daily operations
  • Hold teams accountable to performance expectations, deadlines, and company standards
  • Support development of local leadership and operational teams

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client partners (Costco, Best Buy)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations and service-related concerns
  • Ensure customer experience standards are consistently met

Operational Oversight
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee contractor performance and operational execution
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on strategy, reporting, and process improvements

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-site operations, logistics, or delivery management
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Five or more years of experience in multi-site operations, logistics, delivery management, transportation, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, deadlines and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
