Lead the growth of a high-performing, patient-centered dental organization.
We are a growing dental practice with a team that is committed to delivering exceptional
clinical care while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.
We are looking for an Operations Director who enjoys building systems, developing
leaders, and helping a talented clinical team perform at the highest level. This role is
ideal for someone who takes pride in operational excellence while maintaining a culture
built around patient care, teamwork, and accountability.

What You’ll Lead
This role plays a key leadership position in the organization and is responsible for
building the operational infrastructure that allows the practice to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the full patient journey, from the first phone call through treatment
completion and recall scheduling
• Driving revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and overall practice profitability
• Managing accounts receivable, billing processes, and collections performance
• Building and refining operational workflows, SOPs, and accountability systems
• Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members and department leaders
• Implementing KPIs and scorecards that keep the organization aligned and performing
• Ensuring HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
• Managing vendor relationships, facility needs, and practice technology
• Collaborating with marketing partners to ensure patient growth aligns with clinical
capacity
