Payroll Processor

Compensation: Based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
BMW of Ridgefield is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our team. This is a key role responsible for processing payroll, supporting employee onboarding, administering health benefits, and managing a small team. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting employees behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Administer employee health benefits and assist with benefit-related questions
  • Supervise and support a small administrative team
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
  • Prepare reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous payroll experience required; dealership experience is a plus
  • Experience with employee onboarding and benefits administration
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
