What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Payroll Processor, you will manage the full payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will enter payroll data, including hours, deductions, and bonuses, prepare reports and journal entries, and collaborate with accounting to reconcile discrepancies. This role also involves analyzing payroll data, maintaining records, and generating reports for management. Additionally, you will provide support to employees by addressing payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, including debits, credits, and journal entries.
  • Experience with UKG, ADP, Ceridian, or similar payroll software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
  • Prior experience as a payroll clerk, specialist, or in a similar payroll processing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
