Job description

Position Description
As the Payroll Representative, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll to ensure associates are paid accurately and on-time. This includes processing pay and tax withholdings, leave requests, new hires, terminations, and salary changes. You will research discrepancies in payroll information and comply with the payroll audit process. You will also be responsible for generating various payroll reports and preparing process documentation. Additionally, in providing a high level of customer service, you will respond to payroll-related inquiries from associates and management. You will be expected to take on and lead various payroll-related projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred; Must be self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented; Strong oral and written communication skills; Able to work in a team environment and keep information confidential; Proficient in MS Office
