  • 5+ years of payroll experience with at least 2 years in a Payroll Manager or senior payroll leadership role.
  • CPP certification is a PLUS
  • Proven ability to fully own and manage the payroll function as a Payroll Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in a growing or private equity–backed environment is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong experience working with payroll systems and reporting tools.
  • Highly organized Payroll Manager with strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
