Position Summary
Nestlé's Coffee & Beverage Division is on a mission to craft cups that uplift consumers and better communities. The Finance Manager, Co-Pilot will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Coffee & Beverage Division, supporting Sales Controllables, Revenue Growth Management, trade spend, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management across the main Regional retailers.
The role will manage one direct report and will be responsible for developing talent, ensuring strong financial controls, improving forecast accuracy, and translating complex data into actionable customer insights that enable profitable growth and efficient deployment of promotional funds.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a finance co-pilot to Coffee & Beverage Sales Director for Regional retailers, providing objective, fact-based recommendations to support profitable growth, investment decisions, and achievement of financial commitments.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Category Account Managers during annual planning, business reviews, customer negotiations, and promotional planning to ensure alignment with commercial action plans, financial targets, and efficient trade spend.
  • Provide financial oversight for Sales Controllables, including Trade Management, Shopper Marketing, Shopper Innovation Experience, Pricing, ECommerce, broker commissions, retail coverage, and related investments.
  • Ensure promotional events are accurately planned, set up, maintained, and evaluated in trade management systems, with strong adherence to Nestlé principles, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Evaluate promotional plans, trade rates, customer profitability, deduction trends, and event-level performance to identify risks, opportunities, and actions that improve trade efficiency and business results.
  • Manage, coach, and develop one direct report, setting clear priorities, building analytical capability, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance, accounting, financial planning, business analysis, or related experience; CPG experience preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Finance, Revenue Growth Management, trade management, customer profitability, internal audit, or commercial finance strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and communicate effectively with senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
  • People leadership experience or demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and set direction for direct reports.

The approximate pay range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
