Job description

The role

We are looking for a Payroll Intern to join our HR team and support payroll operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processes, employee data management, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:

Preboarding of new hires. Support tasks related to:

    • Communication with the employees for the onboarding.
    • Management of the new hire with the external supplier.
    • Database update + personnel file.
    • Control of the signature of the onboarding documents.

Offboarding of employees. Support tasks related to:

    • Review of the offboarding variables and communication with the external provider.
    • Sending documentation to offboarders.
    • Database update + personnel file.

Garnishments. Support tasks related to:

    • Documentation management and communication with the corresponding administration.
    • Communication of the garnishment to the external supplier.
    • Database update + personnel file.

Accounting reports. Support tasks related to:

    • Review of payroll reports (extra pay, holidays, etc.).
    • Communication and resolution of doubts with the accounting department.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR or RRLL.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other payroll-related tools.
