JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing and Communications Intern will assist with the marketing and communications efforts for REV Entertainment, the official sports and entertainment company of the Texas Rangers, Globe Life Field, and Choctaw Stadium. This position will support the department in executing REV Entertainment's public relations and promotional efforts, while driving attendance to events and providing a world-class experience for guests and clients. The position requires a highly organized individual with a technical skillset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position is expected to run from approximately August 24, 2026, through Spring 2027.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Assist efforts to define, develop, manage, and execute communications strategies.
  • Help plan and execute promotional and marketing efforts for all special events at Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and additional REV properties outside of Arlington.
  • Traffic marketing requests for REV Entertainment, assign timelines, route and track status of projects from start to completion.
  • Assist with social media accounts for REV Entertainment, including Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and special event accounts.
  • Serve as the department point-of-contact for High School Football at Choctaw Stadium.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate on-brand content for digital platforms, emails, web, and event-related materials.
  • Assist with the upkeep of venue and company websites.
  • Work regular in-person office hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Work nights, weekends, and minor holidays as needed.
  • Attend select events to collect photo and video content.
  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred applicants should be recently graduated from college
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Outstanding communication, copy editing and writing skills
  • Public Relations/Communications/Marketing background or education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff including upper management
  • Strong customer service and networking skills
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
