Job description

Summer Marketing & Communication Assistant - Enrollment Management (Work-Study Required)
Flexible 15-20 hours per week ($15/hour) through August, 2026 with possible opportunity for fall semester. Position work combined office space in Libermann Hall and around campus for content.
Job Requirements: junior or senior undergraduate student studying integrated marketing, communications, public relations, marketing or journalism and/or work experience related to position; strong proofreading skills required; writing, social media, content development skills desired
Examples of duties include, but are not limited to:
• Developing and scheduling social media posts including text, photos and video, following accessibility and brand guidelines; assisting with content calendar
• Retrieving and entering data/analytics for reports, including EMG social media channels
• Proofreading - minor editing when necessary - emails, print collateral proofs, presentations and other communications
• Supporting enrollment marcom projects such as power point presentation updates, coordinating topical emails with student ambassadors, students and University departments (primary contact, providing templates, etc.)
