Job Description

Loveland Academy of Music is seeking a fun and professional Part-Time Admin at our Loveland, CO music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The desired time commitment for this position is approximately 27 hours per week. Prospective candidates need to have general availability M-Th from 4-8:30pm and Fridays 10:30am-7pm. We are looking for candidates who can start July 1st.

Primary responsibilities include:
Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
Multi-tasking in a busy environment
Opening/Closing cleaning duties while maintaining a tidy lobby and building

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. The job involves extended sitting and screen time. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Pay will be $21.50/hour. Health benefits options and a 401K with employer match are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble after 30 days of employment.
