Warehouse Administrator - Part Time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday
Hours: 5:00pm to 9:00pm

About the Client
A well-established produce distribution company serving customers throughout the Pacific Northwest is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Warehouse Administrator to join its warehouse operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting productivity, maintaining workflow accuracy, and ensuring efficient communication between warehouse staff and leadership.
Essential Job Duties
Issue and track warehouse communication devices at the beginning and end of employee shifts
Distribute work assignments to warehouse selectors using scanning technology
Generate and provide performance reports for supervisors
Help maintain order accuracy and workflow integrity
Reprint pallet tags and operational documents as needed
Monitor productivity and timeliness of warehouse personnel
Post hourly production reports using Excel and warehouse management systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Assist with creating and following facility cleaning schedules

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting data and performing simple calculations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
Experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations is a plus
Position is contingent upon the ability to pass a post-offer drug test (includes THC)
