We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates to join a fast-moving logistics team. If you have admin or warehouse/logistics experience, this is your chance to get into a long-term role with growth.


What You’ll Do:
  • Support daily logistics and office operations

  • Process shipping and freight paperwork

  • Track deliveries and update records

  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, and team members

  • Data entry (including hazmat info) + reporting


What You Need:

2+ years admin or logistics experience
Strong data entry + Microsoft Office skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and organization
Able to join OPEIU union
