Job description

UFP Site Built is the leader in designing and manufacturing value-added wood and non-wood products for the construction industry. We offer a wide variety of wood structural components, aluminum decks and rails, and cold formed steel structural components. We are looking for administrative support to join the Truss Design Admin Team in San Antonio, TX! The Estimating Design Admin will assist the Estimating Team by providing administrative support, performing data entry and managing high volume email communication with internal and external customers. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume email communication using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Manage high volume instant messaging communication using Microsoft Teams
  • Track Estimating requests via Microsoft Power App and Microsoft Access
  • Data Entry into MiTek Business Application.
  • Data Entry into Microsoft Excel
  • Organize digital files
  • Performs other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or education
  • Experience working with business/office procedures
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
Skill and Abilities
  • Proficient use of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Moderate math skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage own time and workflow to meet deadlines
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be teamwork oriented
