We have an opening for an Admin Assist who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare, we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to establish home care support for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Admin Assist Benefits:

Admin Assist Responsibilities:

  • Client communication
  • Managing client and caregiver intake calls
  • Providing exemplary customer service
  • Assisting with home assessment and other office tasks as needed

Admin Assist Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support preferably in the Healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of scheduling and on-call procedures (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and must be able to speak clearly and effectively
  • Customer service skills and phone answering management experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...
  • Knowledge of scheduling software (ERPs or similar) or CRM preferred
