Job Description

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience
Answer and respond to telephone calls and patient inquiries professionally
Schedule and confirm patient appointments according to practice protocols and preferences
Verify insurance benefits and coverage, working directly with insurance companies
Discuss and present financial options to patients, offering complete and clear information
Maintain accurate digital patient records and support the administrative workflow
Float between Williamsburg and Norge offices as needed, adapting to different teams and patient needs
Uphold Morrison Dental Group’s core values and patient-first mentality in all interactions
Collaborate with dental professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $21 per hour

Requirements

1+ years’ experience in a dental or medical office setting (required)
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
Experience verifying insurance and discussing financial information with patients
Comfortable with scheduling, phone etiquette, and digital record-keeping
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude; entry level candidates encouraged to apply
