Position Overview
We're looking for an Insurance Administration Support representative to join our growing team. This associate will receive, and review information received from various sources. If you're ready to contribute to our mission of guiding by faith and serving with integrity and compassion, we want to hear from you! Join the NACS team and be part of a company committed to excellence in Revenue Cycle Management and Collection.
What You'll Do
  • Review work queues to identify insurance information and or insurance issues and take the necessary steps to resolve accordingly.
  • Speak with consumers by telephone in an attempt to secure complete and accurate insurance information for processing and payment. Obtain any missing information, update account accordingly, and any other necessary documentation for the resolution of the account. The goal of the insurance collector is to process a claim as timely possible.
  • Works accounts within the boundaries of the FDCPA, FCRA, other federal laws, state laws, and company policy including but not limited to HIPAA, PCI Compliance and TCPA.
  • Documents accounts thoroughly and accurately with any and all pertinent information every time the account is worked by a collector.
  • Review correspondence pertaining to accounts assigned to them.
  • The ability to make decisions regarding placing an account on hold pending further review and resolution of the account.
  • Utilize approved programs to verify consumer's demographics and update accordingly.
  • Works accounts placed on hold in a timely manner in accordance with all federal and state laws as well as company policy.
  • Update and monitor accounts assigned to the insurance department to ensure all information is accurate and can be processed.
  • Contact insurance companies for varies reasons including but not limited to processing claims and claim statuses.

  • 1+ year of related experience or training (or equivalent education/experience)
  • Knowledge of office software and medical billing software
  • Polite, courteous, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work well with others in a close team environment
  • Strong focus and ability to concentrate for extended periods
  • Team player with a cooperative attitude

Physical Requirements
  • Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
