FS Command Center Admin
 Automation Personnel Services is looking for a FS Command Center Admin for LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a specific region of the U.S. through escalation support and resolution, proactive claim and part hold issues to prevent repair delays, and ASC profile and account updates, in addition to other daily administrative tasks. Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership are needed for success in this role.
 
Pay Rate
 $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours
 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (Hours may vary)
 
FS Command Center Admin Duties and Responsibilities
 • Review ASC profile update requests for area and product coverage changes in partnership with the Field Support Planning Team.
• Interdepartmental escalation support for repair-related delays or other issues.
• External escalation support for ASCs with claim or process issues.
• Proactive review of accounts for assigned ASCs to provide support for servicers and prevent account holds that can drive service delays.
• Proactive warranty claim hold review to provide directed support to ASCs to support timely claim submission and payment for services.
• Provide ASC scorecards to designated servicers to provide performance metrics and status.
 • Project support related to process improvements to produce results, reasons, forecasts, and simulations for LG Field Support.
 
FS Command Center Admin Qualifications and Requirements
 • Relevant administrative experience required.
 • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 • Strong written and verbal Communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to co-work within a team environment.
