To thrive as a Part Time Admin, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in office administration supported by at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and sometimes scheduling or database systems is typically required. Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability are standout soft skills for this role. Part Time Admin roles often offer flexible scheduling, with hours typically ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week depending on the employer. The workload can vary seasonally or depending on the company's needs, but common responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, data entry, and supporting various departments as needed. You may work independently or as part of a small administrative team, and you'll likely interact regularly with staff from other departments. This flexibility makes the role appealing to those balancing other commitments, but it also requires strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Process registrations with attention to detail, carefully following a prescribed customer journey map.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing metrics.

Qualifications
  • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
  • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

About Tutu School
  • Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.
  • It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.

Our Founding Principle
  • Every child should know what it feels like to dance. We exist to make space in children's lives for confident creativity and the pure joy that comes from finding oneself in music and movement.

Tutu Principles
  • Keep Moving: Keep dancing. Keep twirling. Keep going. Momentum doesn't generate itself.
  • Exceed Expectations: Tutu School families have high expectations. We want to leap over them.
  • Mistakes Happen: Own them. Understand them. Grow from them.
  • Remember Why: Tutu School exists to make space in the world for creativity and joy.
  • Next Right Thing: Find it. Follow it. One right thing at a time.
  • Find The Magic: Always. In everything you do.
