Customer Support & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Friday–Sunday)


Join our team as a Part Time Customer Service Representive and play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our growing garden center. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting a strong, positive company culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service and direct calls as needed
  • Create, update, and maintain signage, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Assist team members as needed to keep the garden center running smoothly


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills, especially over the phone
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills (email, simple data entry, etc.)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
