Mancan is hiring an Adminstrative Assistant/Receptionist for an office in New Phila!
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling mail and deliveries, performing data entry, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to staff.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Administrative experience is preferred, and an associate degree is a plus. Candidates must also maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Pay is $15-$17 per hour based on experience
Hours are: 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday
