Position:  Office Administrator
Location:  East Liverpool, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Part-time during training, transitioning to full-time 
  • Full-time hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator for a busy office in the East Liverpool area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Bills of Lading, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) 
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and document management 
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipments and documentation 
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly 
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks 
  • Answer phones and assist with general inquiries 
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed 
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs) required 
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
