HR Administrator - $24 in Cincinnati

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per Hour

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with a strong understanding of human resources processes, compliance requirements, employee benefits administration, and recruiting support.

Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, supplemental insurance, and other benefit programs
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including creating and managing requisitions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support employee relations initiatives and respond to employee inquiries
  • Process personnel changes, status updates, and other HR transactions
  • Assist with policy implementation and HR program administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Partner with management to support HR-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Previous HR experience within a manufacturing environment is required
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • HR laws and regulations
    • Employee benefits administration
    • 401(k) programs
    • Supplemental insurance plans
    • Recruiting and requisition management
    • Employee onboarding and recordkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
