Billing Specialist / Accounting Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)
Near Warrensville Heights, Ohio
Pay: Up to $19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role
LHH is partnering with a growing company near Warrensville Heights, Ohio to hire a Billing Specialist / Accounting Administrative Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with billing, accounting, and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Process customer billing and invoicing accurately and timely
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain financial records and customer account information
  • Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment inquiries
  • Support general administrative and accounting operations
  • Prepare reports and assist with month-end activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous billing, accounting, or administrative experience required
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
