Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, productive environment for our engineering team.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitor welcomes with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, filing systems, and digital records.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of technical reports and engineering proposals.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for project leads.
  • Support the billing process by tracking expenses and preparing invoices for our clients.

Requirements
  • Minimum of three years providing administrative support in a professional office setting.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail..
