Job description

Skilled Trades Partners is currently hiring a Admin Assistant for a Long Term, Temp-Hire opportunity in the Worcester, MA area! This position is ideal for someone with a background of administrative experience. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with great benefits, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Worcester, MA
Job Type: Temp-Hire
Pay: $28-33/hr

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with customers, inspectors, field technicians, municipalities, and internal teams

  • Support projects throughout New England, will also assist with administrative and scheduling needs for our Florida and Colorado operations

  • Manage customer text messages and phone calls

  • Schedule and coordinate site surveys with customers and field personnel

  • Schedule and track required project inspections

  • Coordinate and schedule service visits with customers and Lunex Power field technicians

  • Upload plans, engineering documents, photos, permits, affidavits, and other required documentation to municipal and inspection portals

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email throughout the day
  • Ability to manage a large number of projects and appointments simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on outstanding items
  • Comfortable working with online permitting portals, project management systems, and document-upload platforms
  • Proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based software
  • Previous experience in solar, electrical, construction, permitting, inspection coordination, or administrative project management(strongly preferred)
