RECEPTIONIST - ADMIN ASSISTANT SCHEDULE:

This role works a standard 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

Our entry-level Receptionist - Admin Assistant is at the heart of our daily activities, and you'll need to come to work with a great attitude and a readiness to help however you can! Always polite and professional, you'll answer incoming phone calls, warmly greet clients who visit the office, and keep the energy positive. You'll answer questions, direct calls to the correct person/department, and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly. Attentive to detail, you'll also assist with administrative duties like filing, organizing records, and additional responsibilities as assigned.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality - preferred
