What You'll Do
Administrative Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes.
Verify insurance, process billing, and handle administrative paperwork.
Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
Answer phone calls and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assist the dental team with chairside procedures when needed.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize equipment.
Take and process X-rays (if certified) and provide patient support during treatments.
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
