Serpentinio Of Medina Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Serpentinio Of Medina is looking for a receptionist / administrative assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering department phones, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling appointments. Basic daily reporting to department managers.

$15 - $17 per hour depending on the right candidates! Opportunity for advancement into leadership as we are rapidly growing!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Close repair orders as work is completed in service
  • Email messages to appropriate departments
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the department team
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments
