Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our team in Lloydminster, AB. We are looking for someone who is great with customers, and employees, detail-oriented, and can balance competing priorities.  

What makes the role exciting and what does it involve?

  • Be the face that customers will see, greet the customers and assist them with any questions they may have or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Reception duties such as:
    • Answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages, answering e-mails, and sorting mail;
    • Coordinating packages for courier pick up;
    • Booking meeting rooms as needed;
    • Printing documents;
    • Editing documents;
    • Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned.
  • Matching accounts payable transactions.
  • Day end duties such as, but not limited to, bank deposits, reconciling daily transactions, and mailing statements.
  • Monitor office supplies, coffee supplies, and submit orders as needed.
  • Complete other duties, projects, or reports for the Branch Manager as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a person that has 2 or more years of experience as a Receptionist, Branch Administrator, Office Administrator, or a similar administrative position.
  • An Office Administration diploma would be a bonus, but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and can complete tasks independently.
  • Self-motivated to meet deadlines and willing to help out with other work as needed.
