School Administrative Assistant

Esformes Hebrew Academy is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Administrative Assistant to support our school and synagogue operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a warm, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting families and community members

  • Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintaining records and handling confidential information

  • Assisting with enrollment, communications, scheduling, and special projects

  • Preparing documents and maintaining organized files

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred

  • Previous administrative or school office experience preferred
