We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in office management, customer service, and clerical support.

Work two days a week! 16 hours total

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and document preparation
