Job description

Summary of Job Responsibility

Provides support for Human Resources and other departments as needed. Assists with coordinating administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists send out company swag and ID badges for new hires
  • Order office and general supplies as needed
  • Monitor HR email and forward to appropriate personnel
  • Assist sort office mail
  • Partake in various projects
  • Assist with compliance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum competencies, knowledge, skills and abilities;

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education, Experience and Travel

  • High School Diploma required/Associates preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
